Property Managers
In addition to commercial contracts Ideal Air is also heavily geared to work closely with property managers and real estate agents. We directly contact the tenant within one hour of receiving your work order, relieving you of having to do anything else at that point.

As you are well aware a broken heating or cooling unit leads to unhappy and irritable tenants. This is where we make your life easy…and so on.

How we can help

Ideal Air has such a highly efficient turnaround time, and one of our team members will be on site within 24 hours of your initial contact with us.

90% of the time we will be able to get the system operating again in the first call out. And within the allocated one hour time frame.

If, however, it requires major repairs, parts or replacing, you will be provide with a detailed quote before proceeding. This ensures that you and your property owners are kept well informed throughout the process.

Being a service company we approach every job with a “repair and keep running” attitude rather than a motivation to replace the system.

If on the rare occasion we find the system is indeed beyond practical repair, you will be provided with a quote to replace the unit.
